% 11.10.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that although he has filed an appeal against the order of the Northern Regional Committee dated 30.12.2015. Appeal is pending before the Appellate Body since February, 2016 but the same has not yet been decided. Submission is that there is a mandate upon the respondent to decide the appeal within an outer limit of three months.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent has put in appearance. He has instructions to state that the appeal will be heard and decided positively an outer limit of three weeks. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
