By this petition the petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground that the mother of the petitioner is suffering from serious compression and thus he needs to take care of the mother.

A status report has been filed depicting that the petitioner was arrested with 100 Kgs of ganja, recovered from the five cloth bags. FIR No. 108/2015 under Sections 20/25/29 NDPS Act was registered at PS Crime Branch. As per the verification report though the medical papers of the mother have been verified however, the petitioner has two more brothers. Thus there being other family members to look after the mother of the petitioner, no case for grant of interim bail is made out. 3.

Bail application is dismissed.
