% 22.03.2016 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order of the learned Trial Court awarding lump sum amount as interim maintenance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not having the lump sum amount to pay. In the facts and circumstances, the order of payment of lump sum amount as interim maintenance, is hereby set aside and the learned Trial Judge is directed to fix the monthly maintenance instead of lump sum amount, within a period of thirty days from today.

With this observation, the petition and application are disposed of.
