After arguments, the appeal is disposed of as not pressed and the appellant is granted liberty, of course in accordance with law, to file a suit for recovery against the Manager of the respondent no.1 Sh. Gaurav Malik. If a suit is filed against Sh. Gaurav Malik, of course in accordance with law, and with respect to which aspect this Court makes no observations on merits one way or the other, then in that suit if an application under Section 14(1) of the Limitation Act, 1963 is filed, the concerned court before which the civil suit is filed will liberally consider this application under Section 14(1) of the Limitation Act.

Appeal is disposed of as not pressed but with the aforesaid observations.
