% 09.12.2015 The petitioner was married to the complainant in the year 2009. The complainant has alleged ill-treatment at Algeria where the petitioner was posted.

In the FIR, several allegations have been levelled including wrong presentation of facts prior to the marriage. However, with the passage of time, the dispute between the spouses namely petitioner and respondent no.2 has been settled to a large extent.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and affirms the fact that a settlement has been arrived at between her and the petitioner. The petitioner is ready to participate in the investigation process and is also agreeable for exploring ways for effecting a onetime settlement with the complainant. Considering this aspect of the matter, the petitioner is granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Let the petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest, on his

furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to satisfaction of the arresting officer/SHO of the concerned police station.

Needless to say that the petitioner shall abide by his commitment made in the Court and shall explore the possibility of final settlement with respondent no.2 and would participate in the investigation process in all earnestness.
