Mr.Nischal, Advocate appearing for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 24.04.2018 and 24.07.2018 passed in W.P. 6437/2017, the respondent has taken a decision on 01.05.2019 which was communicated to the petitioner. He states that he does not want to pursue the petition and seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 01.05.2019 in appropriate proceedings.

In the circumstances, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty.
