% 18.12.2018 Parties have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. They have also executed a Settlement Agreement dated 12.12.2018, which is signed by the plaintiff and defendant No.2. Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that in view of the stand taken by defendant No.2 they would like to delete defendant No.1 from the array of parties. In terms of the Settlement Agreement defendant No.2 has paid a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- by demand draft to the plaintiff in court today. The terms and conditions of the Settlement, as stated in the Settlement Agreement are legal and valid. Parties shall remain bound by the same. A decree is passed in terms of the settlement agreement. Plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of court fees under section 16 of the Court Fees Act. Suit stands disposed of.
