% 19.05.2016 Mr. Debindra Kundraa, the petitioner, who appears in person, submits that he has been given a personal hearing and though he has reservations on the interpretation given by the Tribunal to Rule 161A of Research & Analysis Wing (Recruitment, Cadre and Service) Rules, 1975, he would like to withdraw the present writ petition.

The petitioner states that he is making this statement because he is a member of the disciplined force and has full faith in the authorities that they will be just and fair.

In view of the above statement made by the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. We clarify that we are not

expressing any opinion on the interpretation of Rule 161A, which, if required, can be examined in another case. We also appreciate the statement made by the petitioner.
