Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has been served with a transfer order directing him to report for duty at CISF, Unit THDC, Tehri where he has been assigned the post of a Stenographer. He therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
