This is an application filed by surety-Ms. Asha Devi under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking discharge and release of the FDR in view of the fact that the appeal filed by the State has already been dismissed.

For the reasons stated in the application, the surety is discharged. Let the FDR be released to the surety. The Court endorsement on the FDR is cancelled.
