After arguments, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed but the trial court is requested to expedite the disposal of the suit. Trial court will not grant unnecessary adjournments and if unnecessary adjournments are sought, the same will be subject to payment of heavy costs. Trial court is also directed that each of the parties should not get more than four opportunities to complete their evidence in the affirmative. 2.
