File is taken up on the office note. I have perused the letter dated 12.04.2015 received from Ms. Nisha Saxena, Additional District Judge-03 (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi seeking extension of time to decide the case being CS No.44/20-16, titled Satnam Kaur vs. S. Pritpal Singh. 2.

Vide order dated 13.10.2015 the trial Court was requested to dispose of the aforesaid suit within a period of six months. 3.

For the reasons stated in the aforesaid letter, the trial Court is granted further six months time to dispose of the matter. 4.
