O R D E R

% 13.10.2017 It is submitted that petitioner no.1 (husband) and respondent no.2 (wife) have resolved their differences amicably and are living together for the last six months.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Jasmer Singh of police station Jahangir Puri. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner no.1 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, inasmuch as, is presently living with him. She further states that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further against the petitioner no.1 and his relatives, that is, petitioner nos. 2 to 5.

Keeping in mind that husband and wife have resolved their differences and have started living together, in the interest of justice, FIR

No. 287/12 under Sections 498-A/406 IPC registered at police station Jahangir Puri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
