% 16.10.2017 Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Deshraj of police station Mandawali. Respondent no.2 has alleged in the FIR that petitioner no.1 impersonated himself as Prateek. He further submits that he issued two cheques of `300/- each to the petitioner no.1. These cheques were later on manipulated by the respondent no.1 and `90,000/- was withdrawn from his account. Respondent no.2 submits that now the matter has been settled with the petitioners vide Compromise Deed dated 12th May, 2015 (Annexure P-4), inasmuch as, settled amount has been received by him. He further submits that in view of the settlement, he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may quashed. Keeping in view that a settlement has been arrived at between the
petitioners and respondent no.2 and settled amount stands paid, FIR No. 568/14 under Sections 420/467/468/471/34 IPC registered at police station Mandawali Fazad and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
