CM No. 13098/2019 This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking revival of the writ petition on the ground that the respondent No.1 has not passed a reasoned and speaking order as directed in the order dated December 20, 2018. Mr. Ajjay Aroraa, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 on advance notice states that the reasoned and speaking order shall be passed on the petitioner's representation dated October 23, 2017 within one week. Noting the aforesaid submission and binding the respondent No.1 to
the same, the application is disposed of.
It goes without saying that if any order is passed to the prejudice of the petitioner, the petitioner shall have the liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of a Court in accordance with law.
