% 05.12.2017 Petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are neighbours. A quarrel took place between them which led to registration of FIR No. 190/2015 under Sections 452/323/308/506/34 IPC against the petitioners at police station Karawal Nagar, on the complaint of respondent no.2. Respondent no. 3 had sustained simple injuries in the said incident. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have now settled their disputes amicably, therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court along with their counsel and have been identified by ASI Rohtash of police station Karawal Nagar.

These respondents submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They have no objection in case FIR is quashed. Keeping in view that a settlement has been arrived at between the neighbours, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
