This writ petition is disposed of with the consent of both the learned counsel for the parties in the following terms:- i.

The order dated 18.05.2017 passed under Section 45A of the ESI Act, 1948 and the order dated 31.08.2017 passed under Section 45AA of the ESI Act, 1948 are hereby set aside; and ii.

The petitioner shall appear before the Deputy Director, ESI Regional Office, Rajendra Bhawan, Rajendra Place, New Delhi on 07.05.2018 at 11:30 AM and join the proceedings and the Deputy Director shall proceed in accordance with law. 2.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
