2. It is stated that an Award has already been passed in the matter by the Arbitral Tribunal.

3. Learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 2, 5 and 8 states that a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 under Diary No. 268700/2016 has been filed.

4. In that view of the matter, the interim order passed by this Court on 29th October, 2015 is directed to continue till such time the Court passes an appropriate order in the said Section 34 petition.

5. The petition and the pending applications are disposed of in the above terms.
