% 19.02.2018 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition and avail of alternative statutory appellate remedy.
We take the statement on record and dismiss the present writ petition as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to avail of alternative statutory appellate remedy.
In case appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same would not be dismissed on the ground that it has been filed beyond period of limitation.
As a limited and short issue arises for consideration in the appeal, the Appellate Authority would dispose of the appeal within a period of six months from the date when the appeal is preferred. Dasti under signature of the Court Master.
