Present Transfer Petition has been preferred by the petitioner. It is informed that case vide FIR No.784/2015 registered under Sections 323/452 IPC PS Uttam Nagar is pending presently at Tis Hazari Courts. The other case vide FIR No.785/2015 under Sections 323/509 IPC registered at PS Uttam Nagar is pending disposal before the Courts at Dwarka.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 has no objection if the case pending disposal at Tis Hazari Courts is transferred to the Courts at Dwarka.

Since both the cases are between the same parties and have been registered at PS Uttam Nagar, let the case registered vide FIR

No.784/2015 under Sections 323/452 IPC at PS Uttam Nagar pending at Tis Hazari Courts be transferred to the Court at Dwarka. 4.

The learned District & Sessions Judge, Dwarka Courts shall assign the said case to the Court of competent jurisdiction as per law. 5.

The transfer petition stands disposed of.
