Learned counsel for the appellants has taken instructions from the appellants who are present in person. He states that the appeal be disposed of as not pressed but the appellants be granted time to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.12.2018.

It is also stated that the appellants will clear all charges towards electricity, water, etc. as payable with respect to the suit premises till the appellants are in possession of the suit premises.

Let the appellants file their affidavits of undertaking in terms of the present order within a period of two weeks from today and on the appellants filing the undertaking and complying with the terms of the same the appellants will have benefit of the decree of possession not being executed against them till 31.12.2018.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
