O R D E R
% 10.03.2016 After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this petition on merits. He however seeks time to vacate the suit property. It has been agreed that the suit shall be vacated on or before 10.06.2016.
In this intervening period needless to state that the petitioner shall continue to pay the admitted rate of rent @ 250 per month to the respondent. Arrears if any shall be cleared within two weeks. Needless to again reiterate that at the time of handing over the vacant and peaceful possession of the property all the electricity and water charges shall also be cleared.
All these facts shall be incorporated in an undertaking in the form of an affidavit to be furnished by the tenant-petitioner within a period of 10 days from today with advance copy to the landlord-respondent
failing which the landlord-respondent shall be at liberty to execute the decree.
With these directions petition disposed of.
