It is informed that RSA 252/2017 has been settled whereby the appellant has agreed to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.12.2018. The dispute now pertains to the mesne profits awarded by the Trial Court. This matter also stands settled. 2.

It is agreed that the appellant shall pay mesne profits @ `1,000/- per month instead of `1,500/- per month. Other terms and conditions of the judgment are left undisturbed. 3.

It is further agreed that the respondent or his attorney Rameshwar Dutt Shukla will be at liberty to withdraw the amount of `59,600/- deposited by the appellant before learned Addl. Rent Controller, Tis Hazari Courts.

It is further settled that the remaining amount shall be paid by the appellant to the respondent within two weeks. 5.

In view of above settlement, the appeal stands disposed of. Parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions recorded above. In case of any difficulty / non-compliance, any of the parties will be at liberty to approach this Court.
