Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no other address except the one furnished for the purpose of seeking Parole.

The status report submitted by the State shows that the address of the petitioner is wrong and none of the family members is residing at the given address.

The application stands disposed of with liberty to seek parole as and when petitioner can furnish the address where his family is residing. 4.

Copy of the order be given dasti.
