% 15.10.2015 Status report has been filed in the Court during the hearing of this petition. A copy of the same has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.

The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 11.08.2015 passed by the competent authority whereby the prayer of the petitioner for being released on parole for securing admission of his nine year old son in a Government school and for reconnecting social ties, has been rejected.

Mr.M.P.Singh, APP on behalf of Ms.Nandita Rao, Additional Standing Counsel for the State has pointed out that 1only one month is left for the petitioner to complete the sentence awarded to him.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition seeking parole.

The petition is dismissed.
