% 26.11.2018 "The prayer in the present petition is as under: a) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the Relieving Order dated 26.03.2018 passed by the Respondent No.4 herein.

b) Pass any such order or further orders that this Hon'ble Court may deem just and fair and in the interest of justice in favour of the petitioner / workman. "

Admittedly, the petitioner doesn't have 2 years (full time) diploma from a recognized University, which is an essential requirement, therefore the petitioner does not possess the eligibility requirement for the post in question.

Keeping in view the above, I find no ground to allow the present petition. The same is dismissed accordingly.
