Having perused the same, I see no impediment in confirming his appointment. Accordingly, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Dudeja, Advocate (Chamber No. 398, Lawyers Chamber, Block-II, Delhi High Court, New Delhi, Mob. No. 9810147798) is appointed as a sole arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties. All contentions and submissions of either parties shall remain open before the arbitrator.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no orders as to cost.
