% 19.02.2019 Petitioner impugns order dated 16.08.2017 whereby the interim maintenance @ of Rs. 7,500/- was fixed. Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, submits that the trial court has finally disposed of the petition after the parties had led their evidence and maintained the amount at Rs. 7,500/- per month. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition impugning the final order.

Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner as prayed for. All rights and contentions of parties are reserved.
