Counsel for the decree holder submits that the immovable property of the judgment debtor as well as the Maruti Suzuki Wagon R Car and the Scooty are all situated and registered in the State of Haryana and the properties are situated in Karnal (Haryana). Counsel, therefore, prays that the present decree be transferred for execution to the competent court at Karnal, Haryana. On the oral request of the counsel for the decree holder, the decree is transferred for execution to the competent court at Karnal, Haryana. A transfer certificate be issued accordingly. The attachment order dated 10.09.2015 shall continue to operate in the meantime.
