Notice. Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned ASC, who appears on an advance copy, accepts notice for R-1 to 4.

The petitioner no.1 and 2, having attained their respective age of majority, had performed their marriage on 06.09.2017 at Arya Samaj Vivah Kendra, Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi as per Hindu rites and customs.

As per the petition, the marriage of the petitioners is opposed by the

family members of the petitioner no.1 and they are also being harassed by the family members of the petitioner no.1, who have been impleaded as respondent no. 5 to 7. The petitioners have made complaints to the Police Authorities, copy of which has been placed on record along with the postal receipts.

In these circumstances, the concerned SHO, PS Mandawali, Delhi is directed to ensure that no harm is caused to the life or limb of the petitioners from the respondent no.4 to 7 or his family members. SHO is further directed to provide his mobile number and that of Division Officer and Beat Constable to the petitioners, so that in case of need the protection can be provided to them immediately. Both the petitioners are hereby directed to provide their respective mobile numbers to the concerned SHO so that their mobile numbers are duly identified by the SHO/Police Officers and can be attended immediately.

The petition is disposed of.
