O R D E R

% 16.02.2016 Respondents have been served. They have put in appearance. Impugned order dated 20.07.2015 is set aside. Record shows that PW-1 already stands examined and discharged. The evidence of PW-2 was filed. His cross-examination is yet to be effected. Permission is granted to PW-2 to produce his witness on the next date which is stated to be before the Trial Court on 29.03.2016 on which date PW-2 shall be present in Court for his cross-examination by the learned counsel for the defendant. No other witness is required to be led by the plaintiff. It is made clear that only one opportunity shall be granted to the plaintiff to produce his witness on the said date; learned counsel for the DDA also submits that cross-examination of PW-2 shall be completed on that date. This will obviate delay. The plaintiff evidence will thereafter be closed. This order is passed subject to payment of costs of Rs.6,000/-.

Petition disposed of.
