% 03.11.2017 Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court along with their counsel and have been identified by ASI Virender of police station Patel Nagar. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are neighbours. A quarrel is stated to had taken place between them which led to registration of FIR No. 384/2016 under Sections 323/341/509/34 IPC at police station Patel Nagar. Later on Section 354 IPC has been added. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Court on 5th April, 2017 of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They have no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the

petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
