% 24.07.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith reserving all the contentions urged here including on the basis of the facts reported upon verification through the police vis-a-vis the documents which were submitted by the complainant with the bank at the time of raising loan anterior to the sale transaction at the stage of crossexamination of the complainant and her witnesses in the post-charge process.
The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.
