% 15.10.2018 The only prayer pressed in this petition is that the trial court may be directed to provide copy of the CD of CCTV footage to the petitioner at petitioner's expense. The issue of supply copy of CD of the charge-sheet was considered by this Court on 21.11.2017 and it was directed that CD be supplied to petitioner by the trial court at petitioner's expense. Accordingly, present petition is disposed of with the directions that copy of CD of CCTV footage be supplied by the trial court to petitioner at his expense. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
