Vide the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for removal of all illegal and unauthorised constructions in flat nos.61/A & 56/A, Jhang Apartment, Sector-13, Rohini, Delhi owned by the respondent nos.6 & 7.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.6 as also respondent no.7, who appear in person, state that the said unauthorised constructions, which were only sheds made of fibre sheets for enabling the respondent nos.6 and 7 to park their cars, already stand removed. They undertake that the said sheds will not be reconstructed without following the due procedure as per law.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 also states that the unauthorised construction, in question, already stands removed and, therefore, states that nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition.

Binding the respondent nos.6 & 7 to their aforesaid statement, the petition is diposed of as infructuous.
