% 01.12.2017 This is an application under section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act praying for an appointment of Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes that have arisen between them in relation with the "Agreement for Commissioned Programme (Self Financed)" dated 01.05.2015.

The counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection if the parties are referred to Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) for adjudication of disputes. The counsel for the petitioner also makes the same submission.

In view of the above, the parties are directed to appear before the DIAC on 20th December, 2017 at 2 pm. DIAC shall appoint a sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes between the parties. The arbitration and fee shall be governed by the DIAC rules. The petition is disposed of on the above terms. NAVIN CHAWLA, J DECEMBER 01, 2017/cd
