It is stated that the matter has been settled with the complainant/respondent Nos.2 and 3 amicably.

(2) Respondent Nos and 3 are present before the Court. The Investigating Officer has identified them. I have enquired from the complainant/victims whether the matter has been settled with the petitioner amicably without fear and pressure. They have informed CRL.M.C. 3757/2015
