% 15.02.2016 Learned counsel for the parties submit that the arbitration proceedings in the above said matter have already been commenced. Thus, it is directed that the interim order passed on 11th September, 2015 is continued till the such time the same is vacated or modified on the application filed by either party under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The petitions are accordingly disposed of.
