% 20.01.2017 The petitioner is present in person submits that she is a senior citizen and is at her advanced age. She further submits that the complaint filed by her bearing CC No.4407/1/11 was pending disposal before the Court of Ms.Gurmohina Kaur, Ld. MM, District Courts, Saket, New Delhi. However, later on the same was ordered to be transferred to the District Courts, Patiala House, New Delhi vide order dated 19.08.2015. Petitioner in person further submits that since she is a senior citizen and is at the advanced age, it is very difficult for her to travel from Saket to Patiala House Courts and since the matter has already been adjudicated upon at the Saket Courts, the present complaint may also be ordered to be heard and disposed of by the same Court at Saket Courts.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection if the complaint filed by the petitioner is heard and disposed of by the District Courts, Saket.

In view of the submissions made by the petitioner and counsel for the respondent, since the complaint has already been registered at District Courts, Saket, it will be appropriate if the same is heard and disposed by the concerned District Courts of Saket. Accordingly, parties are directed to appear before the learned District & Sessions Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi on 24.01.2017 at 2 p.m., who shall allocate the matter to the concerned MM for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.

The present petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of this order be given dasti to the parties, as prayed. Trial Court record be sent back forthwith along with a copy of this order.
