% 13.02.2017 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition and submits that the consent order cannot be made operative from the retrospective effect but from the date when the consent was given.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the aforesaid issue of consent before the Trial Court.
