% 08.03.2019 Parties have settled the matter before the DRT. Learned counsel for the petitioner has today in court handed over a copy of the settlement agreement. The same is sent to the Registry. The respondent shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement.

The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take steps against the respondent in case of default including seeking revival of the present winding up petition. All pending applications also stands disposed of.
