Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent is in arrears of Rs.28,000/- towards the maintenance. 2.

The respondent present in Court along with his counsel submits that he has deposited Rs.28,000/- in the petitioner's bank account on 14th December, 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the receipt of the aforesaid amount from the respondent.

This petition is disposed of in view of the payment made by the respondent.
