The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.516/2015 under Sections 420/406/34 IPC, PS Keshav Puram, Delhi.

Mr.Sanjay Lao, learned ASC for the State/R-1 submits that every effort is being made to complete the investigation and that investigation may be completed within 3-4 months.

In view of the submissions made by learned ASC for the State/R-1, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail the appropriate W.P.(CRL) 2020/2015

remedy depending upon the outcome of the investigation of this case. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed.
