% 11.10.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide a Memorandum of Understanding dated 21st December, 2013;

therefore, FIR No.228/2012 under Sections 471/409/420/468 IPC registered at Police Station Binda Pur on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Jagdish, P.S. Binda Pur. Respondent no. 2 submits that that he has now settled the matter with the petitioner of his own free will, voluntarily and without any undue

force, pressure or coercion.

He admits having received the entire settled amount of `2,27,400/-.

He further submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.228/2012 under Sections 471/409/420/468 IPC registered at Police Station Binda Pur and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
