% 11.01.2019 Petitioner seeks bail in F.I.R. No. 312/2017, under Sections 498A/304B/34 IPC registered at police station Jahangirpuri, Delhi. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that evidence of material witnesses has been recorded and they have not supported the prosecution case. Now the evidence of the formal witnesses is to be recorded. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since July, 2017. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor does not dispute the aforesaid stand taken on behalf of petitioner. Upon hearing and on perusal of the status report, the copy of the evidence of witnesses and without commenting on the merits of this case, it is directed that petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing Page | 1

bail bond in the sum of ₹ 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

This application is disposed of.
