O R D E R

% 28.01.2016 After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner under instructions from his client present in the Court states that petition is not pressed on merits. He seeks time to vacate the suit property. After some discussion, it has been agreed that the petitioner will vacate the suit property i.e. entire first floor and second floor of building above shops no. 261, 262A and 262 at Katra Babu Pyare Lal, Ward No. V, Chandini Chowk, Delhi - 110006 on or before 31.05.2017. In this intervening period the petitioner will continue to pay the agreed rate of rent. Arrears, if any, shall be cleared within a period of two months. Vacant and physical possession of the suit property will be handed over to the Landlord on or before 31.05.2017 after clearance of all electricity and water charges. Affidavit of compliance by way of

undertaking shall be filed by the petitioner in the Court incorporating all the above said averments within two weeks with an advance copy to the respondent.

Petition disposed of accordingly.
