% 31.01.2019 Petitioner seeks bail in FIR No. 633/2017, under Sections 323/341/506/377 of IPC, registered at police station Jaima Nagar, Delhi. While entertaining this application, interim protection from arrest was granted to petitioner, subject to his joining investigation. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State submits that petitioner has joined the investigation.

Upon hearing and on perusal of the FIR and status report, interim order of 11th October, 2017 is made absolute without expressing any opinion on merits. In the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- and one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. is made clear that State is at liberty to get this order revoked, in case the petitioner tampers with the evidence.

This application is accordingly disposed of.
