% 16.10.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition but a direction may be given to the Trial Court to conclude the summary trial within a period of one month. In view of submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the prayer is allowed and the present petition and applications are dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of with direction to the Court below concerned to expedite the matter as soon as possible.
