1. The representation made by the Petitioner on 21st March, 2017 (Annexure P14) is stated to still be pending with the Respondents.

2. A direction is accordingly issued to the Director General, Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, sitting at CGO Complex, New Delhi to dispose of the said representation not later than 31st December, 2019 and communicate the decision to the Petitioner not later than 15th January, 2020. If aggrieved by such decision, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies as available to him in accordance with law.

3. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
