% 03.12.2018 The petitioner seeks parole to attend to his ailing mother. At the outset, the learned counsel for the State submits that while on furlough for three weeks from 21.06.2018 to 13.07.2018, the petitioner was arrested before expiry of the said term because he was found to have been involved in FIR No. 183/2018 under section 307 IPC, registered at Police Station Greater Noida, U.P. on 30.06.2018. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the State submits that the conduct of the petitioner shows that he has misused the liberty granted.
